Culture Day, held on Thursday, 18^th June, was a vibrant and joyful celebration of the diversity that makes our school community so special. The idea for the event was developed through pupil voice discussions, reflecting our students’ enthusiasm for celebrating and learning about different cultures.

Students and staff arrived in an incredible range of traditional dress, proudly representing their heritage and filling the school with colour, energy, and cultural pride.

Throughout the day, students took part in a variety of activities designed to deepen their understanding of traditions from around the world. Cultural quizzes provided a fun and interactive way to learn, while encouraging curiosity and appreciation for global cultures.

A highlight of the day was the lively cultural parade, where students had the opportunity to showcase their outfits and celebrate one another’s backgrounds. It was a fantastic display of confidence, respect, and community spirit.

The much-anticipated “Best Dressed” competition added to the excitement. After careful judging, the top five outfits were selected, with house points awarded to the winners. Congratulations to P House, who secured the top prize with their impressive entries.

All points earned during the day will contribute to the overall house totals, which will be announced at the end-of-year assembly.

We would like to thank everyone who took part and helped bring this student-led idea to life, making Culture Day such a positive, inclusive, and memorable event.
